Construction has commenced on Continuum Club & Residences, a 32-story residential tower located at 1755 John F. Kennedy Causeway in North Bay Village. Developed by the Continuum Company in partnership with Aksoy Holdings, the 340-foot-tall building is set to offer 198 condominium residences and penthouses with waterfront views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. KAST Construction serves as the general contractor for the project.

This development marks the second Miami-based residential project under the Continuum brand, following Continuum South Beach. The tower is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Durukan Design and landscaping by Martha Schwartz Partners.

Residences will range from approximately 800 to 4,000 square feet and feature private wraparound terraces, Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom European cabinetry, and spa-inspired bathrooms with Dornbracht fixtures. The units will include a mix of one- to four-bedroom layouts.

At the time of the groundbreaking, sales activity had surpassed the 48 percent mark.
