Sales for FAENA Residences Miami will begin later this month, with prices starting at $1.3 million. This landmark development at 90 SW 3rd Street comprises two 60-story towers housing 434 condominiums that range from 700 to 3,300 sq ft, with premium homes priced up to $10 million. Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, the sculptural towers will redefine riverfront living and anchor the emerging Faena District Miami River, part of over $25 billion in surrounding real estate investment and 10,000 new homes in development along the Miami River. 

A dramatic sky bridge linking the towers will host 45,000 sq ft of cultural and wellness amenities, including performance venues, art spaces, and spa facilities—an integrated program reflecting Miami’s growing focus on community engagement and the arts. Interiors by Faena Design Studio in collaboration with London’s Bryan O’Sullivan Studio will feature the brand’s signature muted reds, rich textures, and theatrical accents, creating refined residences that echo the dynamic spirit of Miami. 

Situated to connect seamlessly with the established Faena District in Miami Beach, FAENA Residences Miami will catalyze the transformation of the riverfront into a vibrant, walkable cultural hub. Delivery is anticipated in 2027, with sales kicking off this month to welcome residents seeking a cosmopolitan lifestyle anchored in luxury and creativity.
